Mission Statement
My goal is to provide the very best orthodontic care for my patients. Although I am very confident in my clinical abilities, I understand that I cannot achieve my goal alone. I need the help of two very special groups of people.
The first is you, the patient; the very reason we are here. Your treatment is a contract between us, where I agree to give you my very best and you agree to be responsible for doing things I ask, like brushing your teeth and wearing rubber bands. The patients who take responsibility for their treatment always have a superior orthodontic result. I want that to be you.
The second group of people who are integral for me to achieve my goal is my staff. Each team member is chosen based on criteria that are very important to me. These include their aptitude, willingness to learn, work ethic and very importantly, their personality. We want you to feel welcome each and every time you come to our practice and we want you to leave looking forward to your next visit.
You have entrusted me with the care of your child’s smile. I consider it an honor. It is a responsibility that I do not take lightly. And, although you may not realize it, the greatest compliment is when you are satisfied with the result and the whole treatment experience that you recommend us.
Office Hours
Monday through Friday
9am-12pm and 2:30pm-5:30pm.
Appointments
If your child is sick, please reschedule as a courtesy to other patients and our staff.
Insurance
Please understand that although we strive to assist you in attaining your maximum benefit, your insurance policy is an agreement between only you and your insurance company. Dr. Livreri is an outside third party to this contract. The important thing to remember is that your financial obligation to us for professional services rendered is separate from the agreement that you have with your insurance company.
