Payment Options
It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget. We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs.
Currently, we offer a 6% discount for fees paid in full. Additionally, we offer a 10% discount for military, law enforcement, and teachers (preK-12) as a sign of gratitude for their contribution to our community, children, and country.
Our second payment option is affordable payment plans through the Capital One Healthcare Finance Program. Approval for credit can be determined right in the office. Capital One offers payment plans ranging from 18-60 months with finance charges starting as low as 1.9% based on credit history. In addition, our office offers a 3% discount to patients using this service.
We are also proud to offer no interest in-house financing through Orthobanc. This allows the billing party to set up payment by monthly bank draft or credit card draft. Payment terms are privately set up between you and our office while Orthobanc manages the administrative side of the transaction.
Insurance
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
